   - Brisket: 1/2

 

Pricing Breakdown

$3.55 per lb x 200 hanging weight= $710

$1.00 processing fee x 200= $200

 

The "hanging weight" will range from 200-235lbs (Take home yeild is approx. 55% of the hanging weight after cutting/trimming).

 

  • Your $200 non refundable deposit will be taken off your final total of your beef invoice when it's time to pick up your beef.

  • About 99% of the time customers will pick up beef at the butcher shop when it's ready to pickup. If you are not able to, we can figure out a delivery fee depending on location we're traveling to.
